El Festival
de Culturas

One shareable event guide for a campus celebration of culture.

I designed the festival website and supported digital promotion for Luna Orozco’s event project, bringing the schedule, cultural activities, and vendor information into one mobile-friendly guide.

The challenge

A campus cultural festival needed one easily shareable link for flyers and social media. Attendees needed to find event times, food and vendor information, and performance details without searching through separate announcements.

The strategic solution

I organized the event information into a lightweight, mobile-responsive guide with a performance schedule, activity details, and vendor information. A single public URL gives printed QR materials and social posts a consistent destination. The page now preserves the event as an archive.

Stage & performance schedule

Published performance times and activity details give visitors a clear guide to the festival.

Food vendors & student artisans

Food, student vendor, and cultural activity information helps visitors explore the event.

Mobile layout for a shared event link

The responsive guide gives people arriving from a flyer, QR code, or social post one place to find details.

English & Spanish visitor information

Language options help visitors review the event in English or Spanish.

Real-world outcomes

The delivered website brought the schedule, activities, vendor information, and organizer contact into one shareable guide, and now serves as a record of the festival. Luna Orozco’s event capstone earned first place at SMC’s APEX Showcase. Jean’s contribution was the website and digital promotional support; event recognition belongs to Luna’s project.

What I bring to your project

An event website works best when it answers immediate questions: what is happening, when it starts, and where to find more information. Clear schedules and a stable public link connect printed promotion with useful details on a phone.

Let’s give your work a home, too.

I work with businesses locally in Upstate South Carolina and remotely. We can talk in English or Spanish.
