This website introduces Jean Segura’s website design services and portfolio. These terms explain how the website and its estimates work. Project-specific terms are agreed separately before work begins.
Browsing and contacting Jean
You can browse the work, use the estimate calculator, and contact Jean in English or Spanish. Sending an inquiry does not place an order, reserve a start date, or authorize payment. This website does not collect card details or take payments.
Starting prices and project scope
Prices and calculator totals are starting estimates in US dollars, not confirmed quotes. The final scope, deliverables, schedule, and price must be agreed with Jean before work begins. Availability, additional pages, content, integrations, and third-party services can affect the final proposal.
Payments and ongoing services
The website’s stated design payment schedule is 50% before work begins and the remaining 50% before launch. Domain and hosting are paid when purchased. Standard domain and hosting are listed at $100 per year; premium domains and third-party platform fees may cost extra. Optional website care is $95 per month, with its scope agreed first. Your domain stays under your control.
Your project agreement
Before you commit to a project, confirm the included work, revision rounds, payment dates, delivery responsibilities, handover, content permissions, and any ongoing services. Cancellation, refunds, and ownership of project files should be covered in that agreement. This page does not establish a new refund policy or replace an existing project agreement.
Content and portfolio examples
Portfolio images, logos, names, and linked websites may belong to their respective owners. Showing a project does not grant permission to reuse its content or imply endorsement by a school, organization, or third-party service. Please ask before copying or republishing website material.
Search visibility and business results
SEO setup and website design do not guarantee search positions, traffic, sales, or customer inquiries. The SEO tasks included in your project will be confirmed in its agreed scope.
Responsible use and external links
Please do not use the contact tools for spam, impersonation, malicious files, or attempts to disrupt the website. External links lead to separately operated websites with their own terms and privacy practices. Please report a broken link or a website problem to Jean.
