Segura’s Solutions is operated by Jean Segura in Upstate South Carolina, United States. This policy explains how we handle information connected with this website and inquiries about our services.

Information you choose to share

When you contact us, we receive the information you send, such as your name, email address, phone number, business or organization name, preferred language, project details, and any attachments. Please avoid including passwords, payment-card numbers, or other sensitive information in an initial inquiry.

How the website request tool works

The project-request tool and estimate calculator prepare information in your browser. Typing details, calculating an estimate, or selecting “Prepare my request” does not automatically send the information to us.

Opening an email draft passes the prepared text to your email application or provider. We receive the message when you send it to us. Copying or downloading the request creates a copy for you; it does not send the request to us. Your email provider handles drafts and messages under its own privacy practices.

How we use information

We use information to respond to questions, discuss project needs, prepare estimates, provide agreed services, maintain related business records, and protect our business and website.

If we would like to include nonpublic project details, a testimonial, or identifiable client feedback in our public portfolio or capstone materials, we will ask for your permission.

When information is shared

Information may be handled by providers we use for email, website hosting, business records, and delivering agreed services. We share information as needed for those purposes, when you authorize us to do so, or when legally required.

We do not sell or rent inquiry information or provide it to other businesses for their own marketing.

Website hosting and analytics

Cloudflare Pages hosts this website. Cloudflare processes technical information connected with page requests to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for its practices.

This version of our website does not include Google Analytics or advertising pixels. If we add optional analytics or similar tools later, we will update this notice to describe them.

Cookies and browser storage

Our custom website code uses browser storage to remember your English or Spanish language preference. The estimate and request tools work in your browser. They do not save inquiry fields in that storage or send them to us automatically. This version does not add analytics or advertising cookies.

Cloudflare may use limited technical storage to deliver or protect the site, depending on its configuration. You can clear or block cookies and stored site data in your browser. Clearing site data may reset your language preference. Copies saved in your email, clipboard, or downloads are managed separately.

Retention and security

We retain inquiries and project records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, deliver and support agreed services, keep required business records, or resolve disputes. The retention period depends on the record and any applicable requirements; our service providers may retain their own records under their policies.

We take reasonable steps to protect information. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You can choose what information to share and whether to contact us. Email jsegura@segurassolutions.com to ask about information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop optional communications.

We may need to verify your identity. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations or an ongoing service. We will explain any applicable limits when responding. Additional rights may apply depending on where you live.

Children’s information

Our services are intended for business and organization representatives, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
